Already Purchased Pro?

Open the KoppyChats extension, go to the license, subscription, or Pro access area, then enter your purchase email and access details exactly as provided.

After activation, refresh any open ChatGPT tabs if needed.

If Pro does not show as active, use Verify or Re-check, confirm that your subscription is active, and make sure your payment succeeded.

1. What Pro Access Means

KoppyChats offers Free and Pro access.

Free users may save and export within the free-plan limits shown in the extension.

Pro users get access to paid features shown inside the extension. Depending on the current version, Pro may include expanded save and export workflows, folders or organization tools, selected-chat or selected-text tools, font options for supported exports, higher usage limits, batch or archive export features where available, and other Pro-only tools.

Pro access is connected to your subscription status, purchase email, license key or access token, device activation, and verification state.

2. What You Need to Activate Pro

To activate or verify Pro, you may need:

• The email used at purchase;
• Your license key, access token, or activation details from your confirmation email;
• An active paid subscription;
• An internet connection for verification;
• The latest version of the KoppyChats extension; and
• An available device activation slot if your plan has a device limit.

Enter your purchase email and access details exactly as provided. Extra spaces, typos, wrong email addresses, expired access details, or inactive subscriptions may prevent activation.

3. How to Activate Pro

To activate Pro:

• Open the KoppyChats extension.
• Go to the license, subscription, or Pro access area.
• Enter the purchase email and access details exactly as provided.
• Submit the activation request.
• Refresh any open ChatGPT tabs if needed.
• Confirm that the extension shows Pro as active.

If Pro activates successfully, Pro-only features included in your plan should become available.

4. How Pro Verification Works

KoppyChats may check Pro access from time to time to confirm that your subscription is active, paid, and valid.

Verification may use information such as your purchase email, subscription status, license key or access token, device hash, browser or device label, extension version, activation status, and related access metadata.

This information is used to verify Pro access, enforce device limits, reduce abuse, troubleshoot access problems, and maintain the Service.

KoppyChats is not designed to upload saved conversation bodies to the license server.

5. Device Limits

Your Pro subscription may include a device activation limit.

If your device limit is reached, activation may fail on a new device. You may need to remove an old device, reset activations, or contact support.

KoppyChats may allow device resets, replacements, or additional activations at its discretion.

Do not share your license key, access token, subscription access, or Pro activation details with others. Sharing paid access may cause Pro access to be suspended, restricted, or revoked.

6. If Pro Does Not Show as Active

If you purchased Pro but the extension does not show Pro as active, try the following:

• Confirm that you entered the purchase email correctly.
• Remove extra spaces before or after the license key or access token.
• Confirm that your subscription is active.
• Confirm that payment succeeded.
• Confirm that your device limit has not been reached.
• Make sure your browser is online.
• Make sure you are using the latest version of the extension.
• Refresh any open ChatGPT tabs.
• Restart the browser if the extension state does not update.
• Use Verify or Re-check if that option is available.

If your subscription was cancelled, refunded, disputed, charged back, or failed payment, Pro access may stop working after verification updates.

7. Recovering Pro Access

If you lost your license key, activation email, or Pro access details, use the recovery option if available.

Recovery may require the email used at purchase.

Because KoppyChats may store license keys or access tokens securely rather than storing raw keys, recovery may issue a replacement key or access flow instead of resending the original key.

A replacement key or access token may disable the old key while keeping the subscription record connected to the same purchase where possible.

8. Managing Your Subscription

KoppyChats Pro is billed as a subscription through Stripe or another approved billing provider.

You may be able to manage your subscription through a billing portal provided by KoppyChats. Through the billing portal, you may be able to update payment details, view billing history, cancel your subscription, or manage renewal settings.

Cancelling your subscription stops future billing. It does not automatically refund previous payments unless required by law or approved under the Refund Policy.

Uninstalling the extension, deleting local data, removing a browser profile, deleting exported files, or stopping use of KoppyChats does not automatically cancel your subscription.

9. Payment Failed, Cancelled, Refunded, or Disputed

Pro access depends on an active, paid, and successfully verified subscription.

Pro access may be limited, suspended, revoked, downgraded, or disabled if:

• Payment fails;
• The subscription is cancelled;
• The subscription expires;
• The charge is refunded;
• The payment is disputed;
• A chargeback is filed;
• Access details are shared or abused;
• Device limits are exceeded; or
• The Terms of Service are violated.

If you believe Pro access stopped by mistake, contact support with your purchase email and a short explanation of the issue.

10. Refunds

Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy.

If a refund is approved, the refunded subscription may be cancelled, and the related Pro access may be revoked, disabled, or downgraded.

Pro features may stop working immediately or after the next subscription or license verification check.

Before filing a chargeback, please contact support so the issue can be reviewed directly.

11. Privacy and Pro Verification

KoppyChats is designed to keep saved conversations local to your browser unless you choose to export, share, upload, publish, or store them somewhere else.

Subscription and license verification is used to manage Pro access. It is not designed to collect saved conversation bodies.

KoppyChats does not sell saved chat content, use saved chat content for advertising, or use saved chat content for model training.

Include:

• Your purchase email;
• Browser name and version;
• Extension version;
• Operating system;
• Whether Pro ever showed as active;
• The action you were trying to perform;
• Any error message you saw; and
• Screenshots or screen recordings, if you choose to provide them.

You do not need to send saved chat content unless you choose to provide it for troubleshooting.
